The hotel was in a perfect location with wonderful views over the falls. We had a junior suite, this was great, plenty of room with clean beds and bathroom (although the sofa and chair in the sitting area was tired and slightly grubby). Breakfast in the hotel was good, with the service ok, we also had room service one evening, the meal was very good. Our only real point would be the daily charges for the car park, this did seem excessive.

Booked through on-line travel discounter and got a nice rate on a new hotel with a great view of the horseshoe falls and sunrise. Our room was clean and tidy. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Plenty of parking space but be prepared to pay unexpected $20 per night, valet or self-park.

This place looks like it hasn't been updated since the 1980s. The sofa in our room was gross, the jets in the tub had no power, we had to pay $20.00 a day for parking and $12.95 A DAY for the internet. The Denny's down the road offered free wifi! Forget Marriott! Try Hilton or Casino Niagara.

This Marriott is just steps away from it's newer and cleaner sister also called the Marriott. I wish I had known I had a choice when I booked into this 1980s relic. We opted for the fallsview room which came with dated furniture and curtains and a mangy sofa that looked like it was from a garage sale. Everything was clean, just old and used. Add to this you will be nickel and dimed at every turn from the $20.00 PER DAY parking, $12.95 PER DAY not per visit internet and $4+ for water. Oh, it's about a 7 minute walk to anything. Great fun in November. Try the HIlton or Embassy Suites

Everything was excellent. The view from our suite was fantastic. Could not have wished for a better place to stay.

The hotel was located so that it provides the best view possible of both falls. Waking up to these fantastic views is insuperable!

Hotel had friendly helpful staff. no problems with late check ins, the night clerk was helpful. cleaning staff was great. the concierge at the desk was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. hotel is a few blocks from central area but had great view of falls, from fall side of hotel, other side overlooks roof and parking. WiFi free in lobby. has a Starbucks in lobby. Easy walk to maid of the mist boat ride, casino, all attractions. beds were comfortable but very soft so if you like a firmer mattress bring a foam pad. bathroom was easily accessible, we traveled with a special needs person who needed assistance in the bathroom and the bathrooms was large enough to accommodated us. the walls are a bit thin and we could hear others on the floor easily. The gift shop close to the hotel was rather pricy, your better off going into the central area to buy any trinkets. over all a very nice hotel central enough to everything to leave the car at the hotel and walk but just far enough to avoid a lot of the people noise. I would stay again, however I would ensure that everyone had a falls-view room. It is worth the price.

It was everything and beyond. The views were breathtaking from my room, especially with the sunrise over the falls. The location was walking distance from everything I needed which was perfect too. The hotel room was lovely and staff were ok. I did need to call a few times to get my bill, which still didn't come so I had to go downstairs. On the flipside, I ordered breakfast and they threw in something extra because I don't eat meat, which automatically came with it. I would go back in a heartbeat, especially as I observed a lot of dodgy looking hotels when I was walking around and this one was in a safe location.

Good location and nice view to the falls. Only the room is included in the price and be ready to pay $20.00 a day for parking at the hotel parking lot. About 7 minute walk to the the falls.

We enjoyed the spectacular view of the Horseshoe Falls and sunrises from our big window. The room was clean (no smells) and the beds were comfortable. Self-parkking was $20/day (and the valet one was $25). We wished there were a microwave oven in the room (but we had not inquired about it). We didn't like the (wireless) Internet connection being NOT free.

I cannot complain too much as I did have a great time while in Niagara Falls. As usual, the prices for room service were WAAAY overpriced! I mean, I paid $18 for a bottle of spring water and a glass of hot milk! The view was spectacular but there seemed to be a hole in the floor at the base of the ceiling to floor window. One issue I did have was the room we were given had a door to the next room so I could hear their kids. In previous trips to Niagara Falls, I have always paid for a package deal that does include breakfast, a voucher for dinner, and shuttle buses. I got none of that. Just an expensive room with no extra concessions included. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Our "superior view" room reservation through Orbitz got us on the very top floor (31). We had one of the most spectacular views of Niagara Falls available. The room location allow us to cut back on our other plans for additional attractions because our view was so spectacular. Booking through Orbitz was less expensive then booking through the hotel directly. The hotel was having some remodeling done, but the construction did not disrupt our visit at all. Staff was very nice and helpful. Our room, clean, very comfortable, cozy bed, and did I mention the spectacular view! Thank you Marriott, Gateway to the Falls and Orbitz for a most memorable trip.

A fantastic experience. We treated ourself to the executive suite and the room and views were magnificant. The only problem was that there was a dancing competion on in the hotel the weekend we stayed and there was a long wait for lifts and when they arrived on the first floor they were often already full.

My wife and I found this hotel to be top notch, we had booked a Fallsview room and were not disapointed. The rooms are large very clean and modern with very comfortable beds, hotel staff were friendly and helpful, it has a great restaurant with Falls views and is just a short walk down to the Falls. In all we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Sheraton Fallsview and would certianly stay again.

We were allocated a beautiful room, overlooking the falls on the 15th floor. The room had two double bed, desk, chair, a seperate little hospitality area with tea/coffee facilities and fridge, and a spacious and clean bathroom. The setting was complete with floor to ceiling windows showing the stunning view. Beds were wonderfully comfy, hotel was clean and the staff were courteous. Even though we were only there for one night we were made very welcome. Also the hotel never appeared to be so busy that we were an inconvenience to the staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone making a short stay at Niagara Falls.
