We selected this hotel on the basis comments on ‘Tripadvisor’. The hotel is centrally located in Ninh Binh. The rooms and facilities are small but spacious and clean. We had a standard room which was in the middile of the hotel and have a window onto the bright hallway. The deluxe rooms have a window a nice view over the street. The rooms are air conditioned, which was effective and quite. There is free wireless internet throughout the. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the local area. They have bikes and motorbikes for hire and also offer a range of tours. We went on a one-day tour Cuc Phuong National Park. It was excellent and the guide could speak perfect English and was very knowledgeable. The hotel's breakfasts are great, consisting of egg, cheese, warm baguette & good coffee, but a perfectly adequate and set you up well for the day. Come to Ngoc Anh for a real welcome. You will be well looked after and made to feel happy.
