Hotel and rooms in need of update: some items in the room did not work ! You can see it's a little decaying here and there.

staff attitude in bad, the food variety in penyu restaurant is very limited. room is spacious.

The resort could offer a much better experience if not for the service and staff which could do a much better job serving guests and maintaining the resort and its facilities. The food offered and the variety of items needs serious improvement. The lack of stock control is also important to stress as most of the days there was always something missing at breakfast. Kind apologies are not enough for a 5 star hotel.

Great hotel, if you're looking for a quiet resort. It has everything but it is very far from everywhere. The city itself is about 45-60 minutes drive. if you're just for the hotel stay than its good. But if you're looking for other attraction, better in the city.
