New York-New York Hotel & Casino Las Vegas Guest Reviews
Overall really nice. The 1st girl who checked us in was a bit abrupt but when we went to the desk for some clarification the 2nd was super helpful. One day they did skip cleaning our room but when we called to let them know they sent up a swat team of 4 maids who got in done in 10 minutes. Hotel is really novel with its old New York theme. Some really good restaurants. We ate one night in Gallagher’s and had the best steaks. We would come back.

Room was nice but very far from elevator. We could not get a comfortable temperature setting in the 4 days we were there. The biggest negative for us were the hidden room charges. In addition to the exrta $45/day fee, there was an extra $30 that was never explained. This would not be my first choice for my next stay. The room was also noisy, with the rollercoaster outside our window, and kids in the hallway, there was no sleeping in.

We had a great time eating, playing and dancing. One of the best trips we have had in a long time.

We liked the room great view but they turned the water off on Wednesday with letting us know we where without from 6pm until 0600. Other than that it was just fine.

We stayed 4 nights and upgraded to a suite...well worth it for room and comfort. We actually didn't wander to much away from the hotel. Did go across bridge to MGM for show and tram to Mandalay as well. Seemed friendlier and more user friendly at NY NY!
