New York Hotel Johor Bahru Guest Reviews
Our room was spacious and clean, although it looked a bit old fashion but we can see that upgrading was on its way. Just minor disappointment. Water trap from the bath tub seems to be blocked. Water came out and then into another trap, so the floor was wet, even flooded for about a minute. The Bellhop was a bit rude as he told us off to speak in Bahasa instead of English when we ask for direction in the city. ( My friend was use to conversed in English). He reluctantly reply. I got the same 'treatment' from the same bellhop the next day when ask about Business Center. Since I booked the hotel for its swimming pool, was so disappointed to find out that it was closed for maint, although it looked like it has been closed for ages. But I would give this hotel a 2nd chance.
