New Otani hotel is a classic Japanese hotel located in the heart of the business district Asakasa. The location is great as it is near to the subway and the airport bus drops you off at the front door. All of the staff speak English. My only complaint would be that the beds are a bit hard (as it is the Japanese style) but aside from that, everything was great!

The only negative we found was that all the restaurants were so expensive. We never actually managed to eat in the hotel at all, and we would have liked to. Even one or tw medium priced restaurants would have been good, especially for breakfast.

It is a great hotel with class. Well trained staff. Food is a little pricy. Go out a few blocks and pay about an half. The garden is magnificent.

This is my second time in this hotel,but the problem its, i request a king zise room,and qall times only give single bed.maybe its a mistake of orbitz,but in this travel i espend more than 10,000 us.
