beautiful location just opp. the Osaka Castle and nr MRT. Quiet,away from the bustle of downtown traffic.

Nice hotel with everything you can expect from a 5 star hotel. We had great views of the skyline and the castle. Cleanliness was good -interior a little bit outdated. I will not go back to this hotel since it is located in a business park too far away from the restaurants and nightlife of Osaka. Subway 2 minutes from the hotel was convenient though.

Staff spoke good english and very helpful, walking distance to Osaka Castle, next to local train station, swimming pool was not free but 2,400yen fee per time(Not per day). Free tea and coffee in lobby till 09.00am, high end fashion mall located in main area of hotel, aslo plenty of restuarants near by......

Nice hotel, in a great location opposite Osaka castle. If you have to stay in Osaka, I recommend this nice green area. Having said that, I would also recommend staying in Osaka rather than Kyoto, as there is definitely a better night life there (check out Namba!). The hotel has nice size rooms, but you have to pay to use the swimming pool and fitness centre.

Beautiful Hotel. Very large rooms compared to many in Japan. Wonderful Service. Would definately recommend.
