"It's in a terrific location, being exactly one minute away (on foot!) to Shin-Osaka, one of the main train stations; an excellent base to access all the sights that Osaka has to offer. The staff were very friendly, and did their utmost to make us welcome. Also, the window in the room opens to allow fresh air to circulate the area - an excellent feature! The room itself is quite substantial (we didn't really spend much time in the room, anyway- too much to see outside!), and was actually bigger than I'd expected. It offered a double-bed, desk and chair, and side table, with a water boiler (version of a kettle). The bathroom was small, but servicable. Overall, this hotel offered very good value for money, and I would certainly choose to stay there again in future. "
