Convenient location and nice reception staff. However this hotel and facilities are somewhat older.

staff tried to be nice. No Internet unless you bring your own computer. The only hotel of 12 hotel in japan we stayed at where you could not even hire a computer.

The hotel lobby was nice, the rooms were clean and bigger than expected the only problem is that they are quite stuffy, better air con and wi-fi would be good. Good choice for location. We had an early morning flight home so was perfect for getting to the airport

The hotel was very close to a major station JR line and subway. The staff are helpful, English is not so good, but they do understand Or the get someone who does which is very helpful. The hotel is very clean and nice place to stay. The trains are a different matter, research if u need JR pass or subway pass there are different kinds. Not much night life in Shin Osaka, but if you get off one stop before Shin Osaka M14 there are lots of bars and restaurants. Great hotel pity it didn't have japan spa or hot spring
