Location
The New Oriental Hotel is 28 km from Incheon International Airport in the centre of Seoul, with easy access to the Myeong-dong area of town, which is known for its shopping and tourism. New Oriental Hotel Seoul Guest Reviews
The room stank of stale cigarette smoke and we had asked for non smoking rooms when we booked. The smell in the room was so bad I found it hard to sleep. The lighting was extremely poor, a small dull central bulb and a small table lamp. The carpet was stained and needed a good clean. The bathroom was clean but the toilet leaked when flushed. Some of the toiletries in the bathroom had been used and hadn't been replaced There was building construction occurring nearby which went through the night and this was very noisy. The desk staff were helpful. But the lobby could do with some attention. There was no ramp down from the entrance into the lobby just stairs and this made getting heavy bags in and out difficult. I would not use this hotel again.

Perfect location for sightseeing Seoul. Facility is of average level but definitely clean and with sufficient free space in the rooms. It is OK for a short (1-2 nights) stay in Seoul.

Basic hotel, rooms small but clean, location perfect near city centre and shopping centre. Will do for short stays (1 or 2 nights) to explore the city. No restaurant in hotel, however plenty restaurants in the area.
