Just in front of Kyoto railway station, rooms are normal, internet in a lobby, clean and simple. Good value for money.

I found the overall experience at the hotel average, it wasn't excellent or poor standard. For the price paid during peak, it did the job well for 3 nights stay for during our honeymoon. I didn't request for much service from staff so cannot comment on dealing with staff besides checking in and out of the hotel. The location is excellent, directly across the JR Kyoto station. It's location cannot be faulted, very close to small eateries at the station and supermarket. Recommended for short stay.

Extremely good location but marred by dubious "free gift" of coffee in the cafe as this was our honeymoon. We thought they had included a free cake with the coffee but turned out to be just a coffee which seemed a bit stingy.
