The hotel is clean. Staff are very helpful. The swimming pool, sauna, steam room and spa are very well maintained and nice to use. The TV in the apartment is very old is need up grading urgently. There is a small kitchen in the apartment, you can rent a set of pots for cooking at a small cost for your entire stay. But we did not cook at all for our 5 days stay. Ther are lots of restaurant nearby for a very good value meals. The location is very good, we could walk to most attractions within 15 minutes.

We didnt expect much after staying in other hotels with the same rates in Shanghai but we were very impressed. Huge rooms, Good location, Clean, Safe. What more could you ask for - Book it now and save hundreds!

WE had a one bedroomed apartment,(seperate lounge) and chose this for the space, not because I planned to cook! No equipement in kitchen but this can be hired. Jug, microwave and tea and coffee provided. plus cups/mugs. We stayed 4 nights. WE enjoyed excellent buffet breakfast each morning in the restaurant. Easy walk to Peoples Square, the Bund and Nanjing Rd. Plenty of supermakets close by, cater mainly for Asian market. Heaps of restaurants in surrounding streets. Hotel is in a local neighbourhood, easy to loos your bearings so make sure you have a good map and the name of the hotel written in Chines to show taxi drivers.ATM in foyer - very handy. Staff very helpful and spoke good English. Taxi from airport is about 240yuan and takes about 45 minutes.

This is a good hotel, have stayed there many times. The location is close to a Metro and there are two grocery stores, one across the street and the other up the block. It is about a 40 minute walk to Peoples Square or Yunan Gardens. Rates to Go claimed that breakfast was included the Hotel said it was not. Have been waiting for almost a month now to get some resolution from Rates to Go. This is the first time in all the years I've used the service to have any problems, thankfully.

Stayed 6 nights with mum, dad& nephew in a 2bedroom apartment, on the website says 1twin & 1Queen, but the Queen bed really is only a small double bed. Has a small very clean kitchen, but doesn't provide with any pots/pans & cooking utensils, you need to pay to get them, which defeats the purpose of having a kitchen in my view. In the end we only used the microwave over, because there are many eating places around the hotel, we bought lotsa take-aways. The self-servcie laundry is very handy for a long stay, 20.00RMB per wash or dry is very reasonable. Location is good too, walking distance(20mins) to Nanjing Road, or HuaiHai Road, or Yu Garden.
