The one good thing about this hotel is the service by the front office staff who all speaks english very well and are all very friendly. The back office staff ie cleaners and kitchen staff have no idea, and they also make quite a noise. A Small hotel and on the busiest road on St Petersburg and also at the busiest Intersection on Nevsky Prospekt. In one month we stayed at various hotels and this was the worst and also no fridge in the room which is always a downside and also no complimentary coffee in the room which we have become accumtomed to in all the other hotels. you can get coffee from the kitchen but at the price.
