Air travellers can rent a car, hire a cab, or take the bus after landing at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, which is 22 km away on the A5 motorway. Haarlem has two train stations that offer rail service to Amsterdam, The Hague, Lein, and Zandvoort aan Zee.
Haarlem is very pedestrian and bike-friendly, but the bus service is cheap and reliable as well.
