Nelson Hotel Venice Guest Reviews
Very clean and with kind people. Hotel is situated one street from beach and one street from main square with shops and other restaurants. Beach is very long. There is an aquapark. The breakfest was very good.

It will take approximately 1 hour 30 mins plus to get to main land venice from here. It is a nice area but it doesn't get busy til the summer time so it was very quiet when we visited.

WE enjoyed walking on the beach and the place was very quiet during the off season which suited us just fine. Maybe an english movie channel on the tv would make things just great. Thanks mate

It was pretty tricky getting there from Venice, but once there, it was well worth it. Be sure and call the hotel for specific directions on how to get to the hotel from Venice, as the bus depot is hard to find. It takes about 1 hr to get to Venice from the hotel - an interesting voyage. There is a FABULOUS Italian restaurant right next to the hotel, as well as a great pastry/ice cream cafe.
