Not bad,not bad!In my opinion, good value for money.Small and accurate hotel, not overcrowded.Very good and helpful staff. Chinatown and some restaurants are within walking distance.Close to the MRT station Outram Park.20 meters from hotel entrance located 7 Eleven shop, that works 24/7. I've been very satisfied with my stay there, definitely,i can recommend this hotel.

Very well done boutique hotel - so often these are touted as avante garde but are more often than not shoe boxes - rooms are excellently thought out, very comfortable and cleverly decorated. Service is great - from check in to check out and the location is perfect for access to China Town or other parts of Singapore.

Cozy with nice decoration. Although there was no window in my room, I had no uncomfortable feeling. The only drawback was the soundproofing, I was awoke several times by the sound made by the guests in next room when they closed the door. Anyway, it's value for money to stay in The Saff.

Spotlessly clean. Seems newly renovated. Great staff. Very close to 2 MRT stations. No street noise from a ground floor room, but could clearly hear stomping from people on the floor above.

the hotel has a unique design and the room was so clean but small. But I think that is still okay for 2 persons staying. However, I find that the wall is too thin even we can hear next door's television and someone talk or open the door. At first we was given a small room then we find out that another standard room is a little bit bigger so we request to move on the next day. the location is very good which is quite near from hawker foods and it is very crowded at night esp pre-chinese new year which there is night market selling all Chinese stuffs and foods. Outram park and chinatown MRT is about 10 minutes walk. Overall, the hotel is quite convenience for stay

I stayed at the SAFF Hotel twice. It's a great area of Singapore to be at (Tanjong Pagar) - just steps away to all the bars and clubs. Tantric, eBar, Maxwell eating place is all just steps away. The first time I got a room with no windows(I booked it that way), the second time I got a room with windows. The service here is great, the staff very friendly, the rooms very clean and chic. A great place to stay,

Hotel was excellent, in a great spot at the southern end of Chinatown. Lots of quality restaurants, bars around that area and also the street stall food in Chinatown (Smith St) is excellent. The hotel must be quite new as almost none of the cab drivers know what you are talking about, so remember the street name, it will help alot.

I booked an Executive room.To me there was nothing executive about it. It was small with no bar fridge & the window opened up to 2 large aircon units which were very noisy. Breakfast was very average with queues waiting for a seat & tempers getting frayed. Location was good. Staff friendly. Bathroom & amenities were poor. Carpet was smelly.

Good location and breakfast, area a bit noisy in the morning and room is small , but it's clean and has what you need. Although, for the price this hotel is great and for short stay when price is a factor I would stay here again.

The price and location are unbeatable. The rooms are 'average' at best. The staff could seem a little more enthusiastic at times. breakfast was quite good. If looking for a hotel on a tight budget I would recommend.

Charming colonial style property. Easy access to the many attractions of Singapore being only five minutes walk to bus stops and Outram Park MRT. Vibrant area with plenty of food outlets close by. Our room had no natural light but as we were only on a stopover for two nights we didn't find this an issue. Buffet breakfast was an added bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here many times, good location, very friendly staff, late check out till 6 normally available. The single rooms are small but room to swing a cat, and the doubles I have stayed in are huge. Free wifi, bottled water, breakfast which is simple buffet. Hotel is about 4 min walk to MRT station (China Town ). 7 / 11 is few doors up. Can be noisy late at night in street, as buzzing area. 20 min walk to Boat quay.

The hotel give a "used" impression, by that I mean a. carpets are stained (by water and otherwise, walls need a new paint job, the music buttons are out of order, so is the light tube in the closet; there is no way to take s shower without the water spilling all over the bathroom area; the towels, once you give yourself a rub tear easily.
