Naumi was Fantastic. I have stayed in many more expensive hotels with more familiar names, however I have not stayed in any better. Naumi has created a unique environment and 'feel' that is completed by the staff's extremely friendly and 'can do' approach. I am a frequent business visitor and will not stay anywhere else in Singapore in the future.

Very very good service - the hotel is nicely located and has all the amenities - it is very sleek - could be a little more cosy, but that is a mater of taste - but the service is outstanding.

The hotel is very good as over all, the room moder, clean, big and have many distinguish facilities such the rotating 48" plazma TV, free mini bar, clean bath. I have some bad remark about the price, it is very high compare to the location, size and over all looks and lobbay of the hotel. Beside, the breakfast is with an average rating and very basic.

A fantastic boutique hotel in Singapore . Rooms were very modern and could not be faulted . The rooftop pool was fantastic with views over to the city . The hotel is located directly opposite Raffles but takes some time to walk into Orchard Road . The hotel staff were very good . Minibar was included in room price and restocked daily ( only some soft drinks and a couple of beers ) . I would recommend anyone to stay at Naumi but the price can be expensive. We would not have stayed unless we got a good price through ]your website] ( around $400Sing for Premium Room per night versus $600 Sing if booked through Naumi website ) .

Fantastic Hotel would strongly recommend this hotel over the major hotel chains the quality of finishes and service is far better than the Carlton Ritz. For a business of family traveller it is the best hotel in Singapore. Price for value for money is excellent.

My wife and I are frequent travellers on the prowl for hip and chic hotels. We have been to most in the region and I really must say that the people at Naumi have the right formula. THE EXTERIOR of the building is easily recognisable by the steel mesh facade. Most cab drivers are still unfamiliar with the place as its quite new. Luckily Seah Street is quite short, but if you mention the old Metropole Hotel, most people will respond with an aaahhhh... In terms of MRT connectivity, its a short 10 mins walk to either City Hall or Bugis Stations. THE VERDICT was not hard to reach. Despite the baddies, The Naumi Hotel is still a hip and chic hotel which I would highly recommend. I would put it on the top 10 list of boutique hotels in SE Asia. A definite must for the hipsters but a quiet room would be my first request upon booking.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Although the hotel provide games like Nitendo Wii and X-box 360, they only have 1 sets available and you may need to wait for availabilty. I love the idea of the mini bar free of charge as most hotel charges for the drinks inside the mini bar. Overall the stay was nice and relaxing, stayed at the premiere room and will look forward to stay there again, will try the deluxe suite next time.

This is an excellent small hotel just around the corner from Raffles. The room facilities are exceptional and the staff and level of service we received were equally good. This will be my hotel of choice fo future stopovers in Singapore. PS The taxi driver at the airport had not heard of the hotel (it was previously called the Metropole) so make sure you have the address handy.

Excellent location, superior facilities (2 flat screen TV's, espresso machine, full size refrigerator, huge bath), great modern design, spacious rooms, friendly staff. On the down side - kitchen smells wafting into the room at 5:30am, toilet cramped into a small space between the shower and hand basin. Overall very high quality. My experience was enhanced by a promotional room rate with an added upgrade to a suite.
