Naumi was Fantastic. I have stayed in many more expensive hotels with more familiar names, however I have not stayed in any better. Naumi has created a unique environment and 'feel' that is completed by the staff's extremely friendly and 'can do' approach. I am a frequent business visitor and will not stay anywhere else in Singapore in the future.

Very very good service - the hotel is nicely located and has all the amenities - it is very sleek - could be a little more cosy, but that is a mater of taste - but the service is outstanding.

Very generous and attentive people - free mini-bar (snacks provided) and excellent facilities. I am very impressed and will come back!

The hotel is very good as over all, the room moder, clean, big and have many distinguish facilities such the rotating 48" plazma TV, free mini bar, clean bath. I have some bad remark about the price, it is very high compare to the location, size and over all looks and lobbay of the hotel. Beside, the breakfast is with an average rating and very basic.
