This hotel needs a overhaul. It's a hotel that is only living on busses full of very average tourists dropped down for some nights. You can hear everything thats happens in other rooms. The breakfast is absolutely below standard (old bread during 4 days, same horrible stuff every day). Bad service and personnel that can only play their pre-programmed CD (even the duty manager). It was impossible to get a second key. The price is absolutely too high for what you get. The (before excellent) Italian restaurant changed his beautiful menu into a "card" suitable for a fast food hut. Why does the management change a very famous and succesful restaurant into a second class fast food ?? The management should be changed !!!!!!!!

Having stayed in Bangkok four times before, I would say this Hotel is the best value for money. Great location, helpful staff, very substantial buffet breakfast. Would recommend to anyone visiting Bangkok.

When I book a hotel in Bangkok there is one criteria which can't be avoided. It should be just a walking distance from the nigh life hot spots but not effected by the noise and hustle coming out form there. Narai is just in the right place. Another thing that I love about this hotel is breakfast selections which is really great. As for the rooms, they are just OK, a little bit outdated but clean and comfortable enough, with safe-box and free wifi-Interent. Recommend this hotel for 2-3 days city break.

I have stayed here a number of times and never been disappointed. The location is excellent and the facilites very good. If you can get a deal that includes the breakfast it's well worth it. I'm pleased to see there are now tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Large busy hotel. Well located in Silom- 10 minutes walk to Patpong. Rooms a little small but perfectly adequate. Would stay again.

We had a Superior room. It was nice and good, clean and fresh with wooden floors. Location is very good, if you want to see Bangkok, do shopping and visit sights on your own. It was at certain times a bit difficult to find a seating in the breakfast room. I think too, that it would had been very good service to give us local english newspapers to read in the breakfast room. This specially because we visitid Narai during this blockage at the airport, and wanted fresh information about the situation there.

I have stayed in the Narai hotel many times and the service, cleanliness has been constantly good. Also the leading staff like, reception, housekeeping and restaurant has been there for many years, low staff turn-over which speaks actually for the hotel. The breakfast has a good variety and the Italian Restaurant is good. I can only recommend the Hotel. Definetly recommended

Very helpful staff. Good location, about 10-15 minutes walk from Skytrain and near enough to busy Sala Daeng area while itself relatively quiet. Good breakfast buffet,
