Location
Napoli Hotel is located in Hamra, Beirut. It is only seven minutes to the city centre and 15 minutes from Rafic Hariri Airport. Visitors can also dance to the beat of the nightlife at Monot Street or explore the Beirut International Exhibition & Leisure Centre.

No cleaning servise. no hot water.

1-it is very old hotel, the entrance, the stairs, the elevator, the room, everything old. 2-furniture worn out completely. 3-bed covers are not clean enough. 4-it is 1 star hotel. 5-price is high compared to quality. 6-noisy since it is in the town center.

This was the worst 3 star hotel I have stayed in. Hygiene conditions were poor, the bathroom was dirty and had a foul smell. Maintenance of the hotel was non-existent, there was a huge crack in a large window of the bathroom which was accessble to my toddler, I was very concerned for her safety there. Service was poor, towels were missing and we always had to ask more than once for things that were missing.

hotels being very expensive in Beirut, this one is not a bad pick. However, its value for money is low.
