I had stayed at the Napoleon quite a few years ago and was very pleased with the experience. It was great to see that nothing had changed and was good value for money.

I was only there for one night and it was nice enough. Sydney was very expensive on the whole for this night, but I would say I have greater expectations for $200 per night. The room had a kitchenette and loungeroom as well as a king sized bed. Overall it was just a little tired and probably needs a reno. I didn't have any issues with noise, but I suspect more noise proof windows would be useful.

This is the 5th time I have stayed at these apartments. Clean/ tidy / some of the rooms are getting "tired" but everything is there. For 3 star it is tremendous. LOCATION is impossible to beat.

This was value for money accomodation, walking distance to the central shopping and Darling Harbour, room was adequate for a few days away. We stayed after taking a cruise but would be ideal for before cruise accomodation too.

we booked the 1 bedroom apartment because it had a sofa bed (I was travelling with my daughter) - she was going to sleep on the sofa bed - we paid for the apartment only to be told when we arrived it would be an extra $70 for 2 nights to use the sofa bed !!! No towel rail, balcony was dirty - quite a bit of dust - nice crisp white sheets, fluffy towels, very handy location - large apartment.

Spoke to the Rates to Go operator online stating what we were looking for a 1 b.r. apartment with a sofa bed - only 2 of us staying there - paid for the apartment, when we arrived to check in we had to pay an extra $70 for the sofa bed for 2 nights!!! Towel rail missing in the bathroom, balcony was filthy, some TV channels didn't work - on a positive the towels were fluffy, sheets were very nice and pillows comfy - apartment was in a handy spot and spacious.

I found the room wasn't very clean, there were stains on the couch and dust everywhere. It was also very noisey which caused me to have a very bad night's sleep. Most of the noise was due to it being near a main road but I found through the night there was a lot of other sounds like really loud banging but don't know where it came from. Also every time a truck drove past the whole room vibrated. I wouldn't stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

We stayed in both a studio and a 1 br appartment. Both were extremely spacious and well-appointed. We were pleasantly surprised to have a balcony with harbour views from the appartment. The location great, just near Wynyard Station (we were travelling by train) and at Northern end of CBD. Not many eateries in immediate vicinity, but only a few minutes walk away. Staff courteous and helpful. Although near busy roads, noise was not a problem at all. We will certainly use this property on future visits to Sydney.

The Lounge chair in our appartment was worn out (actually it was broken) and needs immediate replacement. We had to ask for kitchen cleaning materials as none were available in the appartment. The general cleaning leaves a lot to be desired.

The cleaning staff did an execceln job. The reception area was only open at limited times and it cost $50 to contact them at other times. I think that the $50 fee should be reduced/eliminated.

The room was spacious and met our needs however when we arrived the surfaces were still dusty and it was obvious it had not been occupied for a while. Facilities were good and apartment in a good location for both Circular Quay and Darling Harbour.

The Mint Resorts and Apartments were fantastic. It was central to everything, we walked everywhere: Darling Harbour is down the hill, the bridge is up the road, the train station is barely 50metres away, the centre is walking distance as is the rocks and china town. The one bedroom aprtment with balcony was just perfect for our 9 night stay. It was so clean, big and the kitchen was well set out with everything you need including dishwasher. I would recoment this hotel to everyone, it is quiet and secure and I cant speak highly enough of it, the best accommodation for a great holiday or even for someone who is working in Sydney as kitchen is fully equip and even foxtel. First class accommodation in the heart of Sydney without the firtst class price tag.
