Best hotel, best service, best breakfast If you go to Ningbo go there!!!

The only draw-back to this hotel was that the Sauna was men only! Excellent service and the staff were all very helpfull and very pleasant. Excellent spoken English!

Some of the softest beds in China. Only spent the night, left early in the morning.

A touch pricey, but it is a 5 star hotel. Great swimming pool. I''ll stay there again.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. I had made reservation with guaranteed late arrival for myself and 2 more collegues from my company. However, when we arrived at the hotel, the staff had given our rooms away to other customers !! Even with my phone call advising that we would be arriving 4 hours later, and they had confirmed on the phone to hold the rooms for us !! ... It is outrageous the excuse they gave us and at 1:AM we are standing at the hotel lobby trying to look for lodging at other hotels in Ningbo. Frankly, I would NOT recomment this hotel to anyone and if I had a choice, I would not stay at Nanyuen hotel ever in the future.
