I booked the hotels through a travel agent. I requested to get a hotel bill from the hotel but they could not able to offer. I booked with hotel airport pick up, but the hotel did not arrange and said because of the late arrival. but the hotel and agents did not inform us in advance. And the hotel staff, manager just said sorry and they did not try to find solution for me. So that's make me disappointed to the hotel and hotel staff the way they treat this situation. I've found later they did charge me at the hotel lobby bar "ALL DAY LOUNGE", together with i supposed to pay another " DRINK" . It doesn't make sense to charge these 2 at the same time.

Good hotel. Decent Casino, good location. Restaurants are average. Customer service is average for Asia. But it's convenient and ok value for money, so will I stay there again ? Yes.

Very crowded hotel which is only recommended for gamblers.

Great hotel. The staff were very friendly and thier english was good. Walking distance to the riverfront, food ect. Would definately stay there again.
