For one night a perfect Hotel. Close to the terminals and shuttle service offered (paid 5 Euro). Restaurant limited offer due to refurbishment. 23 Euro Buffet a bit too much. All in all .. good Hotel for a a short term stay.

Compared to other NH Hotels at Airports (p.e. Vienna) this one didn't live up to my expectations. You still need to drive ten minutes to the gate, it's very small and not easy to find.

This hotel was good if you wanted the airport only. However it felt very bland not homely at all.

We would have enjoyed our stay at NH Hotel Munich except for the terrible customer service regarding breakfast. When we checked in, the desk clerk told us the hours that breakfast was offered. I asked if breakfast was included with our rate, the desk clerk looked at her paperwork and replied, "yes, we have a reservation for you." You can imagine how unhappy we were at check-out when we were presented with a bill for 32 euros for breakfast! I explained what we had been told at check-in, but the clerk was adamant that we pay the extra amount. Other than this incident, we enjoyed our stay very much. If you decide to stay here, beware of the breakfast charge!!
