The check in was efficient and friendly. Our room was a good size as was the bathroom, tea and coffee provided which is always a nice touch. The hair dryer in the bathroom was no good at all but reception are aware of this and provided a spare one to take to the room. The room was a little plain but very comfortable and clean. We didn't eat in the hotel as there is plenty of cheaper alternatives all within a 10 min walk. We stayed due to the Champions League so the price was fair considering Genk is a small town. All in all would stay there again.

Very nice hotel, clean, tidy, with great breakfast, although at an extra cost. The parking facility was a bit tight in terms of space, but still ok, and the cherry on top of the cake was the park with the lake at the back side of the hotel. Wonderful. Definately a winner!

I stayed several times for one night and find this a nice hotel. Only the key-chain is huge and you don't put this in a small handbag ;-). The lockers in the sauna, swimming pool don't have a key. But these are very minor points.

The second floor was being refurbished at the time of our visit, so there was a little disruption, but I am sure that it will be cleaner and tidier when it is completed. A very good hotel, in a beautiful setting. Secure parking for our motorcycles was a positive bonus. Food was good with an excellent choice of bar food.
