I would like to thank NH Hotel Plettenberg Bay for an absolutely wonderful stay. My Husband & I really enjoyed our Honeymoon. The staff was friendly and welcoming & the security was excellent. Good Job.

Out of the 3 places that we have used this one was by far the best! I will recommend it to everyone I know.

1. While the room was clean we noticed that there was a lot of dust on the floor of the dining room, particularly under the tables. 2. Parking facilities are not great as we had to park far from our room. While 24hour security was available we were simply allowed back through the main gates when returning after a meal elsewhere, without being challenged by the gatekeeper. Somebody following could simply also have gained access to the premises unchallenged as we were, and tampered with my vehicle. 3. The Ciro coffee in the rooms was not great. You should maybe consider changing your brand.

The hotel is only a few km's to the town center, the hotel offers a great shuttle service to and from the town. The staff were really helpfull.
