NH Gran Hotel Zaragoza Guest Reviews
I liked the hotel very much. Friendly staff and the great location. I couldn't hear any noises from the bathroom which was good too. Just a couple of things I was not too happy about are: the noises from the room above were quite loud especially late at night. I could hear what they were talking about. Using Wi-Fi is not free here: they charge 5 Europs for an hour of usage or 10 Euros for 24 hours, which is too high. It should be free nowadays! If you go down the lobby you can use it for free but only for 30 minutes, and getting connection may take a lot of time too. It took me 15 mins to get connected to the internet. Other than that, I loved this hotel a lot and will definitely go back again!

Friendly, helpful, efficient staff some of whom spoke English. Ideal location in the centre of Zaragoza.

Had a lovely stay the front desk was very helpful, kind & pleasant, as was the staff in the breakfast room. It has to be said it woould have been nice if there had been some facilities for making a cup of tea, mornings especailly.
