This is a most impressive hotel which is perfectly located and has excellent facilities.Our room was designed and equipped to a very high standard. 1/2 members of staff at reception were a little dozy and unsure of the advice they offered...misleading at times.Breakfast ( at £18) was expensive although a good choice provided.Parking at £13 pernight also needs to be taken into account.

A really enjoyable stay at this comfortable and well located hotel.Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.Room clean but basic.Overall excellent value.

Great location, great staff, very helpful. Our first room was very nice, but I would consider an upgrade on the room. Our first - standard - room had a terrible bed (according to my back), but the staff was very accommodating on upgrading to a room that had a much better bed. The location was great - 1 block from the bell tower (Belfort) and St. Baafs. 2 block from the castle/fort. Right in the heart of the center city. Close to lots of shops and restaurants.

Brilliant Hotel. Rooms are excellent and staff exceedingly helpful. Breakfast buffet and restaurant excellent with good food, location in Centrum of old town great.
