Good location+free shuttle,good staff,clean and spacious rooms.In my opinion-very good value for money.If you need a hotel,to spend time between flights-that's very good choice.Can recommend for everybody!

On the plus side, its quiet even though its right on the Frankfurt airport takeoff path. And it was reasonably clean too. BUT the most important part of any hotel didn't work for me - a good nights sleep. A soft mattress and a very very thin pillow made the bed too uncomfortable for me (but might work for others). And the important thing for an airport hotel, its links to the airport didn't work that well either. The free shuttle is meant to come every 20min. It didn't show up at its first scheduled time, and on the second appearance it arrived almost totally full (only picked up 1 person). So I had to wait 40min to be picked up - the driver seems to think he is a fighter pilot too, swerving between buses and changing lanes.

Overall is good. The location is good for traveller who want to stay close by airport. There is shuttle service to airport. It takes only 5 minutes. BUT we have to pay for parking cost for EUR 16. I would have chosen another hotel if I know this because the total stay cost me almost the same price which include breakfast and free parking space (whilst by this hotel, breakfast is not included) if I stay in another four hotel in the same area.

The staff was very nice and the room was ready with the third bed needed. The hotel was very comfortable and clean and we were able to get some great sleep for an early flight because it was so close to the airport!

Typically, airport hotels are overpriced and average at best in quality. The NH Frankfurt Kelsterbach was definitely in this category. With a bed that was too firm and pillows that were the thinnest I have ever encountered at a hotel, one will not lie down on one of their beds and instantly feel relaxed and ready to fall asleep. The continental breakfast was overpriced and should be avoided. What was most disappointing at this hotel was the attitude of the staff. At many hotels the staff treat like a life long friend. At this hotel I felt like I was interrupting them from something else they preferred to be doing.
