NH Frankfurt Airport Hotel Guest Reviews
Typically, airport hotels are overpriced and average at best in quality. The NH Frankfurt Kelsterbach was definitely in this category. With a bed that was too firm and pillows that were the thinnest I have ever encountered at a hotel, one will not lie down on one of their beds and instantly feel relaxed and ready to fall asleep. The continental breakfast was overpriced and should be avoided. What was most disappointing at this hotel was the attitude of the staff. At many hotels the staff treat like a life long friend. At this hotel I felt like I was interrupting them from something else they preferred to be doing.

Before beginning our annual month of vacation in Europe, we like to rest after the long plane ride from the states. We booked NH online and were very happy with the accommadations. The shuttle bus to the airport was great! We dropped our luggage and went back to the airport for dinner and hopped back on the bus to go back to the hotel. It was so convenient and quick, that we stayed there two more times between Germany and France. The room was clean and updated. No negatives. Breakfast was terrific with many choices. Will definately stay there next Fall when we travel to Europe again.

the shuttle service arrives every 20 minutes but once it is here it only takes 5 to get there. hotel is modern and very clean. i do wish that they had free wireless internet as $9 seem too expensive. it is a perfect in and out hotel. comfy beds and clean bathrooms

After a 10 day vacation in Germany, our final night stay in your hotel was perfect for our party of six adults. A great value in all categories.

From the outsine not interesting, but more importantly, inside a nice hotel, good size modern rooms. The value would be much better with a breakfast included in price.
