This is never a 4 star hotel in a million years. Spa area unmanned and steam room not working. 20 Euros for breakfast was overpriced rip off. On checking out, having waited 10 minutes for two people in front, the receptionist walked away to do something else before attending to me. He printed off the bill and I presented my credit card. To my horror I noticed he had used the hotel exchange rate to convert my bill into my local currency. He did not ask me otherwise I would have declined as this has added even more to my bill. I won't be back.
