The hotel was run efficiently, very clean and very pleasant straff. Facilities, were generally OK, however the business centre was a little disappointing, although some improvements were made while I was there they were only small. Service was always good, no complaints, but perhaps for a hotel of this quality could be improved. Location, Providencia is average for Santiago, failry quiet location Price was average for this quality of hotle in this location
