NH City Centre Hotel Brussels Guest Reviews

"Reception understaffed. As in many hotels in Brussels - by the way, capital of Belgium - you have to be very lucky to find someone at the reception speaking Dutch - by the way, most spoken language in Belgium. At the restaurant, during breakfast, very loud and indiscreet personel, arguing about internal problems. Level of one of the popular "brown cafés" of Brussels, not of a 4 star hotel. Avoid the rooms on the front of the hotel, the Chaussée de Charleroi beeing VERY loud."
