I ordered a room with a queen bed and ended up with two singles. I paid for my parking, but staff failed to give me or advise me that I needed a token to drive out so I had to run from the parking to the lobby leaving my car at the garage door. The cleaning of my room was not done by 3:30 in the afternoon so I came back to a dirty room and ended up taking a walk while the job got done. Just little things, but avoidable. Location is still great and weekend value was a plus. Room service charge of 4.50 on top of an already overpriced menu? ...not a plus.

The hotel is OK, my room was rather small but had space enough for work. The interior is getting little tired and could use a fresh up, bed was OK, free internet for 24 hours with acceptable speed. Didn't try the breakfast as it was a bit expensive (22 Euro), went out to the next coffee shop for that. This is more business hotel than family (with kids) hotel in my view.

Good hotel in which I have stayed many times, but this time I got a very small room. Even not room for the chair in front of the desk, I had to sit on the bed. I use hotel rooms as my remote office so this was too bad.

I know I should have read better, but I read that the was an internet service in the room, and in fact there was, but I had to pay for it... In many other hotel the internet in the room was for free, so I was surprised. All the other aspects were very good, just a bit of a cue at the reception when I was checking out, could that be avoided?

Reception understaffed. As in many hotels in Brussels - by the way, capital of Belgium - you have to be very lucky to find someone at the reception speaking Dutch - by the way, most spoken language in Belgium. At the restaurant, during breakfast, very loud and indiscreet personel, arguing about internal problems. Level of one of the popular "brown cafés" of Brussels, not of a 4 star hotel. Avoid the rooms on the front of the hotel, the Chaussée de Charleroi beeing VERY loud.

Very good location and value for the money. Only negative point is the price of the breakfast (19 EUR!!!). I would return there without hesitation for the same price.

The hotel is right away (50 m) from one of the main avenues (Arts-Loi) - and there is a metro station Louisa on the conjuction to the Arts-Loi. Since Brussels have only three metro lines (1a,1b,2) you can get virtually everywhere from there. As for the hotel - everything was perfect (even the welcome candy was on the pillow when I entered the room).

Spending a long weekend in Brussels with a friend, I found this hotel excellent, within a walking distance from the centre of the city, great buffet breakfast, clean, right in the shopping district... The noise from the street might disturb someone not used to hearing the traffic during the night (which wasn't my case). A great place to say for the price we paid with breakfast included.

Rooms small but furnished in a very nice and modern style. This hotel was definitely a great choice!

Very good hotel. Comfortable, reasonably sized modern rooms recently redecorated. Breakfast very good - bacon, eggs, cereal, breads, fruit, etc. Very helpful staff who spoke English well. Loads of restaurants nearby as it's in the fashionable Louise plaza. Our room relatively quiet and the area felt safe. We felt it was worthy of 4* by European standards. Would definitely use again.

The price/quality ratio was very good (with a special offer). At least our room was normal size for a hotel at this category i.e. not very big.

Hotel needs to some major refurbishment it is to make the most of ideal location and friendly staff. Initially, on checking in, it looked promising. A bar overlooking a busy street, trendy reception staff, ideal location, but it did not come anywhere near to an average run of the mill mid-west Holiday Inn. A power cut didn't help either.
