Location
Hotel NH City Centre is situated on Chaussee De Charleroi close to metro and tram stations. The European Commission and Grand Place are reachable in 15 minutes by foot. The massive Palais de Justice is erected nearby.

NH City Centre Hotel Brussels Guest Reviews
I know I should have read better, but I read that the was an internet service in the room, and in fact there was, but I had to pay for it... In many other hotel the internet in the room was for free, so I was surprised. All the other aspects were very good, just a bit of a cue at the reception when I was checking out, could that be avoided?

Reception understaffed. As in many hotels in Brussels - by the way, capital of Belgium - you have to be very lucky to find someone at the reception speaking Dutch - by the way, most spoken language in Belgium. At the restaurant, during breakfast, very loud and indiscreet personel, arguing about internal problems. Level of one of the popular "brown cafés" of Brussels, not of a 4 star hotel. Avoid the rooms on the front of the hotel, the Chaussée de Charleroi beeing VERY loud.

Very good location and value for the money. Only negative point is the price of the breakfast (19 EUR!!!). I would return there without hesitation for the same price.

The hotel is right away (50 m) from one of the main avenues (Arts-Loi) - and there is a metro station Louisa on the conjuction to the Arts-Loi. Since Brussels have only three metro lines (1a,1b,2) you can get virtually everywhere from there. As for the hotel - everything was perfect (even the welcome candy was on the pillow when I entered the room).
