It right in the centre, very close to all major attractions like the Gran Place. It is in a clean and quiet area. I would recommend this hotel.

Fridge was not working in room 624. Staff could be a little more forthcoming and friendly. Hotel well placed for my visit.

This hotel could be the perfect place to stay with its pleasant facilities and central location, but the quality of the staff and organisation is very uneven and the service suffers from this. Better training and logistics needed.
