Great buffet breakfast. The location is excellent right downtown close to shopping and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice, the only negative was the uncomfortable mattress.

Front desk staff showed enthusiasm in recommendations and made some excellent restaurant bookings.We would have liked to find a way of striking out on our own using public transport.Perhaps we hoped for too much with no Portuguese of our own but trying to be one of the locals and dealing with their travel c onsiderations is an interesting part of travelling.So that is maybe a bit picky which we do not want to be as the hotel staff were really good.

The hotel was great. Nice and clean and in a central location within walking distance to the metro station and downtown lisbon. Shops and restaurants were also very close. The room was great, clean and spacious.
