We stayed in a split level family room and, space wise this was fine. The staircase was pretty hairy when carrying an infant though. The room was pretty tired; curtains hanging off the (very noisy) rail, plastic cover hanging off TV - probably due to it being a family room to be fair, I couldn't bear to use the fan in the shower room though - think of fingernails down a blackboard. A couple of extra items appeared on our bill - 10GBP for a travel cot (it wasn't even set up for that) and a 5GBP fuel surcharge. A travel cot costs about 40GBP and you store it in your family room - 10GBP for using it and brand new (itchy) unwashed sheets is a rip off. The breakfast was very good but I doubt I'd stay again.
