Movenpick Hotel Frankfurt City Guest Reviews
Great service from the moment I entered the lobby. 5 or 6 staff available at reception even at a quiet time of day, and no queues at all. Very comfortable, modern room with a bit of that magic touch (use of wooden panels, nicely decorated etc) which makes it stand out from the often all-to-bland standard hotel rooms around, Felt peckish and came across the offer for a pizza and beer delivered to the room, although a bit late at night. Even though I called room service at around midnight, they quoted a waittime of 20 mins when I ordered - and kept that promise down to the minute. Impressing!
