The hotel is older but well kept. The room was clean, comfortable. Great location next to Mt. Vernon historic district.

The hotel itself is very nice. The employees were pleasant. The parking garage at the hotel is very small, but there is parking and it is very reasonably priced. The room was fine... not jumping for joy, but it was fine. The breakfast is marginal at best. We have had better breakfasts at hotels where you microwave or toast breakfast yourself. Powdered eggs, bland potatos... glad it was free. All in all the place is fine. I have stayed in other hotels in the area that were much nicer, but the closer you get to the inner harbor, the more you will pay. The hotel website makes the place look much more luxurious than it really is.

One of the elevators broke, so that was a hassle. Place is definitely older. Was a bit muggy 24/7 in the hotel, due to the humid Baltimore weather. Great location to ZipCars (parked on the side street next to the hotel). Internet access was pretty decent, but would drop off every once in a while. Nice and spacious room. Comfy bed. Complimentary breakfast tasted pretty good.
