The motel is 45 years old and looks like there have been no repairs in that time. Very, very, tired looking. Good location and fine if you are looking for just a bed. Way overpriced for what it is these days.

Great value for money - very friendly manager - plenty of free off-street parking - meets all your needs (remember you are not paying for luxury) - I would definately stay there again if I needed to be in that side of Melbourne - manager access 24/7 by phone

There is nothing outstanding about this motel. It was clean and comfortable and convenient to Box Hill and public transport.
