Was terrible, no-one spoke english either at all or not well, no safety tags on electrical products, fridge leaked when they finally came to fix it the tipped water out of jug in fridge tipped the overflow tray into the jug then put back in the fridge for cold water. left dirty rag on floor to sop up water. no tv reception, was loose connections which were just loose on the wall. floors, toilet, shower, (everything really) was dirty. Broken can opener, when I asked for another one they gave me a cork screw. was absolutely terrible. was also much too much money. Will be calling someone to further complain, as was dangerous, with wiring

Easy to find. Close to City Centre. Parking is small, tricky to get in and out of, not easy for a 4WD. Staff are lovely, rooms are perfect for a coast to coast stop over.

the manager was friendly goes out of his way to make your stay pleasant and service was excellent i recommend to any any going through rockhampton for $80 a night was well worth it

needs an update and the power point in the bathroom was faulty so made it difficult to use hair styling equipment with mirror
