I was disappointed with my stay in this hotel for the following reasons: The room was not cleaned for my entire stay (3 days), the bathtub and sink were slow draining, one of the beds was rickety/ uneven, the washcloths were not clean and had someone's private hair left on them, and the bathroom door had what appeared to be fluids splashed on it that had never been cleaned off.

Had to be placed in another room because the heat did'nt work. when i got to the other room the sinks cold water would stay hot for almost six minutes before it would get cold,and i had a bad experience trying to take a shower because the water was so hot you could'nt get it warm because the cold water never would get cold. That could cause a law suit if they don't take care of that situation. I was never told about the exercise room they had i just happened to see it. When i decided to exercise only one piece of equipment worked.

The best part of the hotel is the convenient airport shuttle facility. Since our flight was at 7 in the morning we used the shuttle to reach the airport by which we saved 1 day rental car price. The bedroom and bed was comfortable but the restroom was not so good . They had room service for food although we did not use that facility it sounded good. Good for one night stay as its only 1.8 ml away from airport.

I found this hotel to be perfect for my Atlanta layover needs! It was extremely close to the airport (2 miles) Clean, King bed, wi-fi, tv etc and a phenomenal price! I could have used some toothpaste, soap and shampoo which I must assume was an oversight. Orbitz covered everything I needed at an unbelieveable price! And by the way the restaurant across the street Spondivitz (sp?) was one of the best I have ever been to and I used to be an executive chef!! Will definately use Orbitz again! Everything was so easy! Thanks!!

Pool was closed by the health department Graffiti in elevator and on furniture Bed leg was broken so slept on a "slant" Trash containers full and overflowing around the hotel Ice machines did not function on a number of the floors
