Tetouan Climate
Tetouan experiences a Mediterranean climate with summers that are hot and dry and winters that are mild. The summer (June through August) temperatures for the area range between 90 to 95°F (32 to 35°C). As for winter, the daily temperatures stay around a comfortable 72°F (22°C) during the months of December through February. Average annual rainfall for the region measures in at 29 in (736 mm).
Getting There & Around
Getting to Tetouan is best with flights to Tangier International Airport. From the airport, visitors will take buses with CTM to reach the town. Also, there are many ferries to Morocco, which depart from locations such as Algicras, Malaga, Sete, Gibraltar, Tafira and Italian ports.
In and around the town, there are buses and taxis to help tourists explore. Because the town is located near the coast, visitors will enjoy travelling by boat for recreational cruises.
