Did not have hot hot water for a shower in the mornings

The room was ok, but close to the main road!! No coathangers, so we had to use a bunk bed that came with the room. Pool very well kept, not impressed we did not get continental breakfast, however I believe this will be included in future, A YOUNG PERSON's HOTEL! noisy in the evenings, and during major sports games. However, it is handy to many things so you cannot have it all ways. Staff were friendly, however untidy when cleaning the rooms, this is a management fault, provide staff with proper cleaning trolly , on both floors, things left around all day are unsightly and a hazzard. Aircon and fan worked well. another chair in the room would have been great.

The restaurant was excellent, best food we had in Port Vila. You can even dine looking over the bay with tables set out of the main restaurant bit. Rooms were a little bit small and close to one another but they were very clean. It's a long walk into the centre of town and we caught a bus most of the time. Recommended.

The rooms are nicely located with a good view over the lagoon. Staff were extremely helpful. The only faults were my room flooded in heavy rain; the room was small and only had sufficient hanging space for somebody travelling very lightly.
