This room had a very uncomfortable bed and lounge We would not stay here again

Moorings is a great facility with excellent views. Our room,310, was not up to the standard of the rest of resort being one of only 3 still to be refurbished. It was a studio and comfortable enough in size. The bed was not at 4 half star standard. If booking ask not to be in 310 unless refurbished. That aside we would stay again but with a more up to date room.

floor was sticky, beach was not good for swimming, service was considered rude. rented a 2 room ocean view and paid more but got a garden view because it was on 2nd floor. make sure you request for high floors before you book.

had to defrost the refrig to get the door shut to use. asked for a broken door to be fixed.no stayed 6 nights. no room cleaning or linen after 5 night stay as advertised. would only return if can't get any other. managers very pleasant. obviously not allowed to do anything.
