The hotel itself is beautiful. Looks great... BUT... the room was REALLY small..... Staff was nice and location was great... The only thing that didn't meet expectations was the fact that the room was a bit too small, and the lighting throughout the room (including bathroom...) was severely lacking...

Staff here was very friendly and welcoming. Did everything they could to make my stay better. The location was great taking into account that everything in LA is so spread out. Skybar is awesome for a night out with friends but the prices are a little high but the views from the pool make it worth it.

When we were there, they were making big renovations, but it hardly bothered us. The new rooms are ideal if you want to stay for the weekend. Fantastic nightlife, very good security. Helpful and very friendly staff (Especially the concierge!). Will definetely be going back there next year!

If you want the true Hollywood experience, there is no substitute for the Mondrian. Beautiful rooms, a scene pool area, and the most exclusive bar in the city.
