Monarch Plaza Hotel Taoyuan Guest Reviews
The only surprise I had was lack of wireless in the rooms. Many hotels of that size and modernity have wireless, but not Monarch. Not to worry, all rooms have cable internet for one, and at our request they provided a cable splitter for two computers to be online. Many of the staff spoke English and all were courteous and very helpful. We had everything we needed and then some. The beds were soft and the rooms were nice (though the bathroom lighting is a bit dim). There were plenty of food options between the restaurant, a cafe, and a bar, and the food we sampled was quite good. Overall I was very pleased with my stay and would likely stay there again.

The buffet style breakfast was very good. The lobby is decorated nicely and the staff were pleasant. The room I had was a bit worn looking. I enjoyed my stay.
