In the center of shopping area, the service is not as good as 4 star hotel

The hotel was very clean and room service very good as was the location however the breakfast was very limited and the restaurant in the hotel was very overpriced.

The hotel is great with a lovely terrace-restaurante overlooking the Gran Canal. It's location couldn't be better, right next to the Piazza San MNarce and all thhe posh shops.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, only a few steps from St Marks square. The terrace rest overlooks the Grand Canal and on a nice day is hard to beat. The service is good but like a lot of establishment hotels of this type a little off handed. The rooms seem to vary quite a lot which is typical of hotels in Venice,however all in all they are quite good for Venice. I would stay there again.
