a small hotel in a good location for Paris Expo. the staff where very friendly and helpful, and made you feel very welcome. my room eas a small single that was in need of refurbishment, the floring was badly fitting which made the room look vert shabby. the bathroom was small but clean and relatively modern. to sum up; a small friendly hotel in a good location only let down by the age of the decoration in the rooms.

The hotel was a good 10 min stroll from the metro station Boucicaut. The neighbourhood was on the quiet side, seemed more on the residential area. The room was clean and neat. There was a small overhead TV. Bathroom was small but good enough. The staff at the front desk was polite and able to converse in English. I requested for hot drinking water and the front desk staff gave me a huge flask. One negative point was that the flooring had squeaking noise when you walked on it.
