I had a wonderful stay at this hotel on my last X'mas holiday, nice service, wonderful room and great great breakfast (unexpectedly there were moevenpick ice-cream with 8 choices). All the staffs are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel without hesitation!!!!!Only one point to raise - the chef at steak bar could not identify "beef" and "pork" (as it's important to me - I don't eat BEEF due to religion), which I think it's very basic and they should need more training.

The overall quality of service of Moevenpick Hotel Saigon is poorer than when it was still the Marco Polo Saigon Hotel. Maintenance had deteriorated. Some services like the shuttle bus to the city center had been terminated. Yet, the room rate is more expensive than when it was still Marco Polo. It cannot pride itself as one of the best hotel in Saigon anymore.

This used to be Omni, managed by Marco Polo. The service remains good. But, despite the sharp room rate increase, the facilities and its maintenance had deteriorated. No more shuttle bus to the city center. Hot water shower valve is not workin properly. Some Indicator lights both inside and outside the elevators are busted. In general, I was 3 times more satisfied during my stay with Omni Siagon last week.

Good for a closeby hotel to airport as I was overnighting and catching an early morning flight the next day. They packed my breakfast to takeaway as I had to leave at 4.00am which was very considerate. It wouldn't be as convenient if you wanted to be in the centre of town but they do have a shuttle bus.

great location if you have an early flight, 5 mins. to airport, no traffic to airport ,best hotel for an airport hotel, 2 dollar taxi ride.
