I booked the heritage suite for a surprise birthday event i was throwing my friend. The suite was meant to come with a personal butler- don't expect anything to come through from it. The butler was definitely NOT personal and i had to make multiple calls for the same item as they were not delivered the first time. The room looked nice with high ceilings. The rug in the living room was wet when i walked into the room (something must have obviously been spilled on before my arrival), the toilet roll was almost done with no extra roll found anywhere in the room, There were also two televisions with only ONE remote control? (i found that rather bizzare) Otherwise the room seemed rather decent. The night went great, my friends enjoyed the night at the suite and the staff at the hotel appeared to be aware of the party going on and were amendable to it so long as we kept our volume to a reasonable level so as not to disturb the other guest. However, towards the end of the night was when I became extremely disappointed with the room. The drainage of the shower was completely useless. It caused a flooding of the entire bathroom floor was which extremely unsightly and uncomfortable. For a supposedly new-ish hotel and it being a suite, i must say I have been let down and will not be returning back to this hotel.

staff were efficient. the best part was the quality of the bed, the mattress was extremely comfortable, probably the best hotel bed i've slept on. the pool was nice, but pool side was small and cramped, not many deck chairs. the hotel decor was great, location was great, but the price was expensive as are all hotels at sentosa.

Hotel is really nice, loves to design. Very lovely Hotel. Everything is great about this hotel except for the free shuttle bus to Ion Shopping Center. Most of the time the front desk will tried to tell you the bus is full and services not available. Everything is prefect except for this stupid shuttle services and screwed a beautiful vocation. I would have given all 5 stars not for the shuttle bus services

the room is spacious and the toilet is big and comfortable for a couple. they also provide great coffee and tea in the room. location is great as it is near to the beach and other amenities. the only complaint would be lack of parking space. i had to park my car quite a distance from the hotel.
