Pros: 1.Almost new building. Clean environment. 2.Staffs speak very good English. They are very kind and helpful. 3.Free WiFi access everywhere in the building! 4. Affordable price of foods at 2nd floor cafe. Cons: 1.It would have been better if they had slippers at the door instead of in the bathroom. That way we don't have to dirty all of our floors all the way up to the bathroom in the loft. 2. Too far from Pudong International Airport. 3. Not much of food choices at Breakfast buffet. 4. Can't open the balcony window?
