Very good hotel, well placed, nice people ready to help, they booked bus tickets for us. just take care, basic room means no window.

good value and service, but make sure you request a room with a window, as ours didnt have one and it was weird!

Location can be consider good as Central market and Soriya Shopping mall is within walking distance. Hotel aircon is a bit noisy, if you speak cantonese, the owner of the cafeteria at Ground level is able to chat with you.

The hotel is getting old. Service was uneven. Upon arrival the room assigned to us had some problems (clogged up sink in the bathroom, and a faulty electric outlet). They quickly came to fix them, however it becase clear that the reopairs would be long so we requested and obtained imediately a change of rooms. However, on another occasion, they forgot to make up the room, and we had to be very insitent in the evening to get it done, and they had no access to the master key anymore, so we had to lend our key. Breakfast was not great, but they had good expresso coffee, (with a small surcharge). They also have free internet (4 computer stations), which is nice.
