i FOUND THE STEPS DOWN TO RECEPTION VERY STEEP AND THERE WAS NO WARNING AT STREET LEVEL - MAYBE THIS COULD BE RECTIFIED??

Excellent hotel. Wonderful location: close to Guggenheim. Very nice breakfast in the morning, and reasonably priced, too. I would stay there again.
